Booking a Journey
By making a booking with Faz Taxi, you agree to provide accurate information, including:

• Passenger details

Bookings can be made through our website, phone, email, or messaging channels.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
Pricing & Payments
Fares
Prices are based on distance, time, vehicle type, and travel conditions. Airport transfers are fixed where stated, but prices may vary based on delays or changes made by the customer.

Extra Charges

Cancellations & Refunds
Customer Cancellations
Customers may cancel a journey at any time. Refunds are subject to:
• More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
• Within 24 hours of pickup: Partial or no refund (depending on preparation and driver assignment)
Driver/Company Cancellations
Faz Taxi reserves the right to cancel a booking if:
• The customer provides incorrect information
• The customer is abusive or unsafe
• Extreme weather or road conditions prevent travel
• There is an unavoidable operational issue
A full refund will be issued if we cancel a prepaid booking.
Waiting Time Policy
Standard Bookings
Drivers will wait up to 10 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
After this, waiting time charges may apply.
Airport Arrivals
We monitor flight arrivals.
Waiting time is charged after the first 45 minutes following the flight landing time, unless otherwise agreed.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers must:
• Wear seatbelts at all times
• Treat the driver and vehicle respectfully
• Avoid eating messy foods or drinking alcohol inside the vehicle
• Not smoke or vape inside the taxi
Faz Taxi reserves the right to refuse service if a passenger is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a safety risk.
Damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger may result in cleaning fees or repair charges.
Luggage & Property
Passengers are responsible for their belongings.
We do not accept liability for:
• Lost or damaged luggage
• Items left in the vehicle
However, we will make every effort to return lost property promptly.
Oversized or excessive luggage must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Delays & Traffic Conditions
While our drivers aim to arrive on time, Faz Taxi is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Heavy traffic
• Road closures
• Accidents
• Weather conditions
• Events beyond our control
Passengers should allow extra time when planning airport journeys.
Vehicle Type & Capacity
We will provide the vehicle type requested where possible.
If a specific vehicle is not available, a similar or upgraded vehicle may be supplied at no extra cost.
Passengers must ensure that luggage and passenger numbers match the booked vehicle capacity.
Safety & Insurance
All Faz Taxi vehicles are:
• Fully licensed
• Regularly inspected
• Properly insured for private hire use
All drivers are DBS-checked and authorised to operate in the UK.
Website & Online Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
• Attempt to access restricted areas
• Copy content without permission
• Misuse forms or booking systems
• Upload harmful software
We take reasonable steps to ensure our website is secure and functional.
Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
